Investing in our Waqf at IBW is not just about seeing your investment grow but an opportunity to contribute to the betterment of society in an ongoing, sustainable way.
We invest the funds of your Waqf share in accordance with Shariah, taking into account exposure to the lowest levels of risk and seeking to achieve profits of between 5% and 7%. At IBW we aim to invest in the real estate sector in the United Kingdom, guided by our expert committee members who have extensive experience in various investment fields.
Once you donate your Waqf shares we will send you a Waqf certificate. We will then invest those shares on your behalf and use the revenue to fund the charitable projects you have selected. You will receive an annual financial report to update you on how the proceeds from your Waqf shares have benefited those charitable projects.
